DRIVER'S AGE AND DRIVER'S LICENSE

• The minimum age and driving license year information, depending on vehicle groups, are stated below. It is the user's responsibility to check if these conditions are met.

• For economy class cars, one must be at least 21 years old and have a driver's license for at least 1 year.

• For comfort class cars, one must be at least 23 years old and have a driver's license for at least 2 years.

• For plus class cars, one must be at least 25 years old and have a driver's license for at least 3 years.

• For elite class cars, one must be at least 27 years old and have a driver's license for at least 5 years.

RENTAL PERIOD

Our vehicles can be rented for a minimum of 24 hours daily, and for a minimum of 30 days monthly.

MILEAGE LIMIT

The daily and monthly rental mileage limits vary depending on the vehicle group and are specified below. For usage beyond the specified miles, the current excess mileage fee is charged. Excess mileage fees are 2 TL for economy class, 3 TL for middle class, and 3.5 TL for SUV and Premium vehicles. For Premium, Premium SUV, and VAN class vehicles, the fee is 5 TL.

For Economy and Comfort class vehicles, there is a daily limit of 400 km, and for rentals from 10 days to a month, the mileage is limited to 4,000 km.

For Plus and Elite class vehicles, the daily mileage limit is 300 km, and the monthly mileage limit is limited to 3,000 km.

DEPOSIT

During the rental process, the guarantee amounts set according to vehicle groups are collected from your credit card, in addition to the car rental fee. Provided that the vehicle is received completely and without damage, this guarantee will be fully refunded to your card within a maximum of 7 days.

The guarantee amounts have been set at 1500 tl for economy class vehicles, 2000tl for comfort class vehicles, 2500 tl for plus class vehicles, and between 4000-6000tl (with two credit cards) for elite class vehicles.

FUEL

You are expected to return the car at the same fuel level as when you received it. If you return it with less fuel, a fuel fee along with a service fee will be charged. There will be no refund for excess fuel.

OVERSEAS USE

Our vehicles can be used within the borders of Turkey. It is forbidden to take them abroad.

ONE-WAY POLICY

It is possible to return your vehicle to a branch other than the one you rented it from. In this case, a one-way fee is charged.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Early booking campaigns: In early booking campaigns, only the rental start date and time can be shortened towards the rental end date. No refunds can be made.

Prepaid reservations: In your prepaid reservations, in addition to the changes you can make in early booking campaigns, a vehicle group change can be made. Some changes may lead to price differences.

Pay later reservations: No cancellation or change fee is charged for pay later reservations. Some changes made may result in price differences.

INSURANCE AND GUARANTEES

Our insurance and guarantees may vary in our prices and campaigns. In case of any damage, for your insurance to be valid, you need to notify the traffic police or traffic gendarmerie teams without moving your vehicle from the accident scene and obtain an accident and alcohol report. In traffic accidents involving more than one vehicle that result only in material damage, a "material damage accident report" can be issued if the persons involved in the accident agree on how the accident occurred. Additional guarantees that you can take for unilateral damages that may occur in addition to your existing guarantees are summarized below.

Practical Damage Assurance: It allows repairs up to 5000 tl without the need for a report, based on your declaration.

Ultra Practical Damage Assurance: It allows repairs up to 7000 TL without the need for a report, based on your declaration.

Personal Accident Insurance: Insures the driver and the people inside the car up to a limit of 20,000 TL.

IMPORTANT NOTES

During the rental process, a credit inquiry (Findeks) is conducted related to the person renting the vehicle. A minimum Findeks score of 1500 is required.

If the vehicle is returned before the delivery date; the refundable amount does not cover the total rental period. The cost of the days the vehicle was used by the guest is deducted from the total rental fee, and the cost of the days the vehicle was not used is refunded. This fee is calculated based on the rental amount on the said date.

Only the person/people written in the contract and delivery form can use the vehicle you have rented. If third parties not mentioned in these documents use the vehicle, no insurance is valid for any damage that may occur.

To add additional drivers to the vehicle, you can contact our branches. A maximum of 2 additional drivers can be assigned to a vehicle. The age and driving license year conditions valid for vehicle groups are also valid for additional drivers.

An additional driver can only be added when the contract is opened, it cannot be added after the contract opening process is completed. A maximum of 2 additional drivers can be assigned to a vehicle. The additional driver must be in the office with the main driver, carrying his/her driving license. The age and driving license year conditions valid for vehicle groups also apply to additional drivers.

In case of any damage, to validate your insurance, you need to notify the traffic police or traffic gendarmerie teams without moving your vehicle from the accident site, and obtain an accident and alcohol report.

In traffic accidents involving multiple vehicles resulting in only material damage, a "material damage accident detection report" can be prepared if the parties involved in the accident agree on the formation of the accident.

In case of vehicle theft, a theft detection report should be obtained by applying to the police. The key of the vehicle, together with the report obtained, should be delivered to us.

Comprehensive Liability Insurance: An additional guarantee of 1,000,000TL over Traffic Insurance Limits. With this insurance, damages you cause to third parties in an accident where you are found at fault are covered.

Maximum Assurance Package: It is a guarantee that includes all practical damage, personal accident, and comprehensive liability insurances.

Ultra Guarantee Package: It is the most comprehensive guarantee package that includes all Ultra Practical Damage, personal accident, and comprehensive liability insurances.
