REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
At the time of pick-up, the following physical documentation* issued in the main driver ╠Бs name must be presented at the rental desk of Sixt:
Valid Passport/or ID card
Valid Driving License
For Economy Class Vehicles: Minimum 2 years driving license is required.
For Medium Vehicles: Minimum 3 years driving license is required.
For Upper Class Vehicles: Minimum 5 years driving license is required.
For Luxury Class Vehicles: Minimum 5 years driving license is required.
*At least one of them must be chipped.
DRIVER AGE:
Sixt company applies a minimum driver age limit determined according to car segments during delivery. Minimum driver age limits are set out below.
For Economy Class Vehicles: Minimum 21
For Medium Vehicles: Minimum 25
For Medium-Upper Class Vehicles: Minimum 27
For Upper Class Vehicles: Minimum 30
For Luxury Class Vehicles: Minimum 30
MEANS OF PAYMENT:
During the vehicle pick-up at Sixt offices, it is mandatory for the driver to have a credit card issued in their name to cover the deposit amount. Our customers are required to have a credit card in their own name at the time of rental. This credit card must be enabled for online transactions. Depending on the vehicle group, a pre-authorization of 750 TL for economy, Medium - Upper group vehicles, and 4000 TL for luxury group vehicles will be taken from this credit card as a deposit
SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR THE CAR
Upon collection of the car a security deposit will be blocked on the driverтАЩs credit card. This deposit is determined by the supplier considering your selected car category. Please be informed that the value of one tank of fuel and possible traffic fines can be additionally blocked on your credit card. It is recommended to present a credit card with a chip, pin code, and embossed numbers.
Sixt estimated deposit amounts:
For Economy Class Vehicles 750 TL
For Medium Vehicles: 750 TL
For Upper Class and Luxury Vehicles: 4000 TL
Removal of Provision:
The authorizations are typically released within a maximum of 30 business days after you return the vehicle to the Sixt officials. Information is sent to the relevant bank in writing to remove the authorization process within 10 business days after the end of your rental. As the pre-authorization is not an actual sale transaction, you are not required to make any payment to the bank.
Cancellation/Early Return Conditions:
If the reservation is canceled less than 1 hour before the rental time, an amount equivalent to a 3-day rental fee and any additional purchased services and products will be deducted from the reservation amount. The remaining amount will be refunded to the credit card provided during the rental within 7 days. No refund will be issued if the rental period is less than 3 days.
If the vehicle is not picked up at the scheduled rental time without canceling the reservation, the provisions regarding cancellation within less than 1 hour will apply. The remaining amount, after deducting the 3-day rental fee and any additional purchased services and products, will be refunded to the credit card you provided during the rental within 7 days.
If the vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed rental period, no refund will be provided for the remaining days.
MILEAGE LIMIT
The detailed table regarding the number of rental days and the applicable kilometer limit for the Sixt company is as follows. In a rental, there is a total allowance of 3000 km for usage. The cost per kilometer is 5 TL (including VAT).

Sixt company takes back the vehicles at the fuel level they were delivered. Don't forget to check the fuel gauge when you pick up the vehicle.

INSURANCE AND COVERAGE
The vehicle you will rent is protected against collision, being hit, theft and theft attempts. Situations that violate the protection coverage are indicated in the document that will be presented for your signature during vehicle delivery.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For a safer driving and rental, financial analyses of our customers who have not rented a car from our company in the last 6 months will be done through the website findeks.com. If the report submission is not approved by you or if the financial analysis result does not meet the Sixt Rent a Car car rental conditions, the vehicle will not be delivered even if a reservation has been made.
Our customers who are not Turkish citizens also need to carry an additional document showing that their passport and date of entry to Turkey is less than 6 months. Our foreign licensed customers who have been in Turkey for longer than 6 months must show a Turkish driver's license.
Other rental conditions, other than the titles mentioned above, will be notified to you during the delivery of the car by a representative of the Sixt company, to be submitted for your signature. Please do not forget to read the document presented to you before receiving the car.
