REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
At the time of pick-up, the following physical documentation* issued in the main driver ́s name must be presented at the rental desk of Wish Car:
• Identity Card/ Passport: You will need to show your passport and national identity card. (It is mandatory to have both the original and official copies of all documents.) Also, for transactions made with a passport, there must be an "entry stamp" to the country.
• Driving License: The primary driver (and any additional drivers) will need the original of their valid driver's license with a photo. Probationary licenses will not be accepted. You may also need an International Driving Permit (IDP). There shouldn’t be any deformations on your license, such as cracks, tears, or any issues with the legibility of the text and photo. (Even if your ID is combined with your license, it's mandatory to present both physically and separately. Please review the General Rental Conditions.).
For Economy Class Vehicles: Minimum 3 years driving license is required.
For Medium Vehicles: Minimum 4 years driving license is required.
For Upper Class and SUV-type Vehicles: Minimum 4 years driving license is required.
o A driver's license that does not contain Latin letters (e.g., Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic letters, etc.) must be presented together with an International Driving Permit.
o Please note that the International Driving Permit is only valid when presented alongside the regular driver's license.
*At least one of them must be chipped.
DRIVER AGE:
Wish Car company applies a minimum driver age limit determined according to car segments during delivery. Minimum driver age limits are set out below.
For Economy Class Vehicles: At least 23 - up to 65 years old.
For Medium Vehicles: At least 25 - up to 65 years old.
For Upper Class and SUV-type Vehicles: At least 27 - up to 65 years old.
MEANS OF PAYMENT:
During vehicle delivery at Wish Car Rental offices, it is mandatory for the driver to have one or two credit cards issued in their name to cover the deposit amount. The number of credit cards you need to have with you, depending on the type of vehicle you will rent, is stated below. For the payment method of the vehicle price, refundable deposit, and all other fees, only cards with a credit card feature will be accepted. Amex, Visa, and Mastercard credit cards (with the contract holder's name and surname mandatory to be written on them) are accepted. Situations that are not accepted include: cards belonging to someone else (including family members), cash, any account card, any prepaid card, any virtual payments (e.g., Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).
For Economy and Medium Class Vehicles: 1 Credit Card
For Upper Class and SUV-type Vehicles: 2 Credit Cards
Note: Please note that if you fail to produce a valid credit card or have insufficient funds available, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle.
SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR THE CAR
Upon collection of the car a security deposit will be blocked on the driver’s credit card. This deposit is determined by the supplier considering your selected car category. Please be informed that the value of one tank of fuel and possible traffic fines can be additionally blocked on your credit card. It is recommended to present a credit card with a chip, pin code, and embossed numbers.
Wish Car estimated deposit amounts:
For Economy Class Vehicles: 2000 TL
For Medium Vehicles: 2000 TL
For Upper Class and SUV-type Vehicles: 6000 TL
*Note: For upper class and SUV type vehicles, at least 2 credit cards are required. A provision of 3000 TL each, totaling 6000 TL, is applied to each of these cards.
*Note: For luxury cars, two credit cards with the same driver’s name are required for all rentals. The credit card must not be from the same issuer but the required deposit amount must be available only on one of the two cards.
Available Special Equipment and Additional Services:
Charges for additional services are stated on the reservation page.
Damage Assurance Packages
An additional driver can be added. (Additional driver candidates must also meet the same conditions as the main driver.)
A separate charge is applied for each driver.
Child car seat and stroller (0-4 years)
Both Young Driver and Additional Driver Fees may be charged for main or additional drivers under the age of 23.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present at the pick-up point and provide valid documents.
Selected extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the pick-up location. (e.g., Child car seat, GPS, etc.)
Other Conditions:
If the driver is going to use a company credit card (Commercial card), an approval letter on letterhead, stamp and wet signature with the company's trade name is required. The signatory must be a company partner or a member of the board of directors. A signature circular of the person who will sign is required.
Removal of Provision:
After you return the car Wish Car, provisions will be removed within a maximum of 10 working days after.
Refundable Deposit:
During the vehicle delivery, our office staff will apply a refundable deposit ranging from 2,000 TRY to 20,000 TRY (varies depending on the vehicle segment) from the credit card you present, which is in your name.
Rental Duration: The maximum rental period under the agreement is 29 days.
Operating Hours: All our airport branches provide service 24/7. The grace period for late vehicle return is 59 minutes. If the delay exceeds 59 minutes, an extra day's fee will be charged.
When Picking Up the Vehicle
For our guests who have a local Turkish driver's license and ID, a Findeks credit risk report will be inquired. Depending on the positive or negative result obtained from the system, the contract will either proceed or cancellation procedures will be carried out.
MILEAGE LIMIT
The detailed table regarding the number of rental days and the mileage limit applied by Wish Car is below. In cases where the mileage limit is exceeded, for the economic and middle group segment 1,96 TL + VAT; for the premium, SUV, 9-Pax, and Luxury groups 3,1 TL + VAT per km will be charged.

FUEL INFORMATION
Fuel Conditions: Our company delivers vehicles with empty fuel tanks. If you return the vehicle with a fuel level lower than the one you received it at; the fuel cost difference between the level specified in the vehicle delivery form and the returned fuel level, as well as an additional Wish Car Rental service fee, will be charged to you.
Vehicle Assurance and Insurance: Mandatory traffic policy, Comprehensive insurance with a 2% deductible.The comprehensive insurance deductible is eliminated when an additional protection package is purchased, and the renter is exempted from liability

INSURANCE AND COVERAGE
In our current insurance terms, a deductible is applied based on the vehicle group and segment. You can also purchase additional coverage packages offered by the supplier for waiver-free insurance and comprehensive coverage at the time of vehicle pickup.
Return Instructions: Please clarify return location instructions when you pick up the vehicle. A drop-off fee (one-way) will be charged if you leave the car at a different location from our office.

Inspect the Car: Before leaving the pickup point;
Check if the car has any damages (both exterior and interior).
Verify the fuel level and the odometer reading.
Check the necessary equipment (first aid kit, safety vests, spare tire, triangle reflector, etc.).
Get information on how to use the car, including headlights, wipers, and indicators.
If you find any issues, report them to the staff immediately. The company will not take responsibility for issues discovered after the vehicle return if these checks were not conducted by the customer.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
When Picking Up the Vehicle:
At certain airports, guests must present their boarding pass when picking up the car (except Trabzon and Ordu airport offices).
Local renters must provide a Findeks credit score to pick up the vehicle. If the Findeks report is "NEGATIVE", the reservation will be canceled.
To pick up the car, each renter and additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver's license, a credit card in their name, Passport and ID card, reservation receipt.
Reservation Cancellation/Inability to Pick Up the Car: If our staff refuses to hand over the car to you, please keep the employee's name and all printed documents as evidence and contact us at +90 444 61 29. Similarly, if you cannot contact the branch upon arrival, please get in touch with us immediately. For potential cancellations, we recommend contacting our call center first.
When Returning the Vehicle:
Return Time: Please return the car at the scheduled time. An extra charge will be applied for late returns. (For extensions, you must inform our office or call center at least 24 hours in advance. If there's no availability, the extension right belongs to Wish Car Rental, and the renter must plan to return the vehicle on time at the office).
Check Your Personal Belongings: Ensure you've checked all your personal belongings and left nothing inside the car before handing it over. Don't forget to check the trunk. Cell phones, sunglasses, and umbrellas are the most commonly left items. Our company will not be responsible for any lost items.
Verify Charges: Please confirm all charges under your rental agreement and clarify when the remaining deposit will be refunded (remember that this process might take a bit longer depending on your bank). Refunding the deposit usually takes 5-7 business days.
In Case of Accident or Damage:
Call the Police! Call the police and request an accident/damage and alcohol report. Ensure all documents are correctly and thoroughly filled out. Don't move the vehicle from the accident spot until the police arrive. Capture images of the other parties involved, their driver's license, ID, vehicle registration, license plate, and any damages. In case of a two-sided accident/damage, you can prepare a mutual accident determination report. Remember, if the report isn't prepared or is incomplete, the user will bear the cost of damage and other expenses.
Important! Police reports are mandatory for insurance coverage to take effect.
