REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

At the time of pick-up, the following physical documentation* issued in the main driver ́s name must be presented at the rental desk of Circular Car Hire:

• Valid Passport/or ID card

• Valid Driving License

  • For Economy Class Vehicles: Minimum 2 years driving license is required.

  • For Medium Vehicles: Minimum 3 years driving license is required.

  • For Upper Class and SUV-type Vehicles: Minimum 5 years driving license is required.

*At least one of them must be chipped.

DRIVER AGE:

Circular Car Hire company applies a minimum driver age limit determined according to car segments during delivery. Minimum driver age limits are set out below.

• For Economy Class Vehicles: Minimum 21-75

• For Medium Vehicles: Minimum 23-75

• For Upper Class and SUV-type Vehicles: Minimum 28-75

MEANS OF PAYMENT:

During car delivery Circular Car Hire offices require one or two credit cards issued in the driver's name to cover the deposit. The number of credit cards varies depending on the type of car you will rent.

• For Economy and Medium Class Vehicles: 1 Credit Card

• For Upper Class and SUV-type Vehicles: 2 Credit Cards

Note: Please note that if you fail to produce a valid credit card or have insufficient funds available, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle.

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR THE CAR

Upon collection of the car a security deposit will be blocked on the driver’s credit card. This deposit is determined by the supplier considering your selected car category. Please be informed that the value of one tank of fuel and possible traffic fines can be additionally blocked on your credit card. It is recommended to present a credit card with a chip, pin code, and embossed numbers.

Circular Car Hire company applies a certain amount of deposit from the driver's own registered credit card during the vehicle handover.

Estimated deposit amounts:

• For Economy Class Vehicles: 100 EUR For TL

• For Medium Vehicles: 150 EUR For TL

• For Upper Class and SUV-type Vehicles: 500 EUR For TL

*Note: For premium and SUV type vehicles, a minimum of 2 credit cards is required. A total of 500 EUR deposit is applied 250 EUR seperately to each of these cards as a provision.

*Note: For luxury cars, two credit cards with the same driver’s name are required for all rentals. The credit card must not be from the same issuer but the required deposit amount must be available only on one of the two cards.

Other Conditions:

If the driver is going to use a company credit card (Commercial card), an approval letter on letterhead, stamp and wet signature with the company's trade name is required. The signatory must be a company partner or a member of the board of directors. A signature circular of the person who will sign is required.

Removal of Provision:

The deposited amount will be refunded to the same credit card after deducting any additional services, coverages, fuel shortage, damages, etc. that were not included in the reservation. Deposit refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and will reflect on your credit card. For rentals made with foreign credit cards, the refund may take 10-15 business days to reflect in the account. Only MasterCard and Visa cards can be used for payments with international credit cards.

MILEAGE LIMIT

The detailed table regarding the number of rental days and the mileage limit applied by Circular Car Hire is below. In cases where the mileage limit is exceeded, for the economic and middle group segment 5 TL + VAT; for the premium, SUV, 9-Pax, and Luxury groups 7.50 TL + VAT per km will be charged.

FUEL INFORMATION

Circular Car Hire company delivers the vehicles with a predetermined fuel level. If you return the vehicle with a fuel level lower than the one indicated on the vehicle delivery form, you will be charged for the missing fuel based on the difference between the indicated fuel level and the actual fuel level. In addition, a service fee of 200 TL will be applied.

Circular Car Hire company does not provide a guarantee for the fuel type (diesel/petrol) in the rented vehicle. The fuel type will be based on availability and support will be provided accordingly.

EXTRAS - PAYABLE AT PICK-UP

• There is a charge of 5 EUR per person for additional drivers. A maximum of 2 additional drivers are accepted.

• Navigation is 5 EUR per day.

• Baby seat is 5 EUR per day.

• Mini damage insurance is 5 EUR per day.

• Super mini damage insurance is 10 EUR per day.

• Winter tire is 15 EUR per day.

CROSS BORDER TRAVEL

Cross border travel is not usually permitted.

INSURANCE AND COVERAGE

The vehicle you will rent is protected against crashes, theft, and theft attempts. Damages to third parties are also protected within the limits of traffic insurance.  However, the costs of damages that are not properly recorded (accident detection report, alcohol report, documents of the parties involved in the accident, etc.) belong exclusively to the user. In the case of undeclared damages, the damage repair process is definitely not carried out with the driver's statement.

• Tire-Glass-Headlight (LCF) Damage Package; covers only one of the possible damages to the tire, glass or headlights of the vehicle in use during the rental period, regardless of the limit. Cracks in the glass, a single tire rupture (excluding rim damage and only 1 tire), cracks in the headlights (excluding body damage) are among the damages included in the coverage.

• Full Insurance Assurance (SECW) is a full insurance package that eliminates all risks and the deductible amounts in comprehensive coverage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Vehicle rental periods are calculated over a 24-hour period. We provide a 2-hour option at the end of the 24 hours for our renters. There is no additional fee for delays up to 2 hours. However, if the delay exceeds 2 hours, the full rental day fee is reflected along with any other possible additional services (protection package, child seat, additional driver, etc.).

Renters can return the rented vehicle to a different office where Circular offices are located, within working hours, other than the pick-up office. However, if the vehicle is dropped off at a location different from the pick-up office, an additional one-way rental fee arises depending on the pick-up and drop-off offices.

Reservations are made subject to the general rental conditions being met. The reserved vehicle cannot be delivered if the general rental conditions cannot be met. Reservations are made with the guarantee of the vehicle group. No brand, model or color guarantee is given.

If there is a significant amount of trash, dirt, etc. on the inside and outside of the vehicle that cannot be removed with standard vehicle cleaning, the detailed cleaning fee for the vehicle is reflected to the renter.

The rented vehicles cannot be used by anyone other than the renter. However, by adding an additional driver, the vehicle can also be used by the designated person. The renter is directly and entirely responsible for any damage, etc. that may arise if an additional driver and someone other than the renter uses the vehicle. Any protection package is invalid even if purchased.

Traffic fines that may arise during the rental period, fines from any institution, HGS-OGS highway usage fees, additional services (winter tires, additional driver, child seat, etc.) are the responsibility of the renters.

The rented vehicle cannot be used in the following described ways:

• In carrying passengers or goods for explicit or implicit income,

• In pushing or towing any vehicle or trailer,

• In carrying items contrary to customs regulations and other laws or in other illegal activities,

• By a person or driver who is not specified as an additional driver who has consumed alcohol or narcotic substances, • In motor sports (including races, speed determination, rally, endurance and speed trials),

• In carrying loads/goods that would damage the vehicle and exceed the loading limit,

• In locations and conditions that are not suitable for the rental purpose, considering the brand and model of the vehicles (terrain, mountainous terrain, sand, swamp, stream bed, etc.) and on roads that are not suitable for their technical structures and tolerances, in short, in road conditions that are not suitable for extraordinary and traffic conditions.

In any of the following situations, our renters should get support from traffic police or gendarmerie units:

• In double-sided accidents, obtaining a copy or readable visual of the license, registration and traffic insurance policies of the party/parties,

• If there is underage in the driver,

• Obtain multiple visuals of the scene of the accident in a way that the vehicle plate will be visible according to the shape and location of the accident,

• Not to abandon the vehicle without taking adequate security measures,

• If there is suspicion of mental health and alcohol in the driver,

• If the driver is driving a motor vehicle without a license,

• If one of the vehicles involved in the accident has an official license plate,

• If there is damage to public property,

• If damage only occurs to the property of third parties in the accident,

• If one of the vehicles involved in the accident does not have Traffic insurance,

• If the traffic accident results in death or injury,

• If you cannot agree with the opposing driver when the accident occurs.

The fuel type (diesel/petrol) is not guaranteed for vehicle groups rented; support is provided based on availability.

Other rental conditions, other than the titles mentioned above, will be notified to you during the delivery of the car by a representative of the Circular Car Hire company, to be submitted for your signature. Please do not forget to read the document presented to you before receiving the car.

After receiving this information, you will need to confirm the message sent to your registered GSM number. The minimum Findex score should be at least 1450 for economy cars, 1550 for mid-range cars, and 1750 for minibus SUVs and LUX vehicles.
