REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

At the time of pick-up, the following physical documentation* issued in the main driver ́s name must be presented at the rental desk of Anadolu Cheapst Car Rental :

• Valid Passport/or ID card

• Valid Driving License

  • For Economy Class Vehicles: Minimum 2 years driving license is required.

  • For Medium Vehicles: Minimum 3 years driving license is required.

  • For Upper Class and SUV-type Vehicles: Minimum 5 years driving license is required.

*At least one of them must be chipped.

*If the driver's license is not physically present, the transaction cannot be completed. Only in cases such as license renewal, where official documents with a stamped or sealed QR code are provided, can the transaction be processed.

DRIVER AGE:

Anadolu Cheapst Car Rental company applies a minimum driver age limit determined according to car segments during delivery. Minimum driver age limits are set out below.

For Economy Segment Cars:

Minimum age of 25 years (additional fee applies for those above 22 years).

Maximum age of 65 years (additional fee applies for those 65 and over).

For Mid-Segment Cars:

Minimum age of 25 years (additional fee applies for those above 23 years).

Maximum age of 65 years (additional fee applies for those 65 and over).

For Upper Class and SUV Type Cars:

Minimum age of 25 years.

Maximum age of 65 years (additional fee applies for those 65 and over)

MEANS OF PAYMENT:

During car delivery Anadolu Cheapst Car Rental offices require one or two credit cards issued in the driver's name to cover the deposit. The number of credit cards varies depending on the type of car you will rent.

• For Economy and Medium Class Vehicles: 1 Credit Card

• For Upper Class and SUV-type Vehicles: 2 Credit Cards

Note: Please note that if you fail to produce a valid credit card or have insufficient funds available, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle.

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR THE CAR

Upon collection of the car a security deposit will be blocked on the driver’s credit card. This deposit is determined by the supplier considering your selected car category. Please be informed that the value of one tank of fuel and possible traffic fines can be additionally blocked on your credit card. It is recommended to present a credit card with a chip, pin code, and embossed numbers.

Anadolu Cheapest Car Rental company applies a deposit amount on the driver's own registered credit card during the vehicle pick-up process. The deposit amounts for different car classes are as follows:

• For Economy Class Vehicles: 5000 TL

• For Medium Vehicles: 7500 TL

• For Upper Class and SUV-type Vehicles: 10.000 TL

Note: For upper-class and SUV type vehicles, a minimum of 2 credit cards is required.

*Note: For luxury cars, two credit cards with the same driver’s name are required for all rentals. The credit card must not be from the same issuer but the required deposit amount must be available only on one of the two cards.

Other Conditions:

If the driver is going to use a company credit card (business card), the deposit must be paid by the renter using their own personal credit card.

For additional drivers, a Findeks credit report is mandatory.

For first-time rentals, address verification is conducted, and additional documents and e-government confirmation are required.

Removal of Provision:

The provisions will be lifted by the officials of Anadolu Cheapst Car Rental after you return the vehicle. However, the exact duration may vary depending on the banks, but on average, it takes around 28 business days to release the provisions.

MILEAGE LIMIT

The detailed table regarding the number of rental days and the mileage limit applied by Anadolu Cheapst Car Rental is below. In cases where the mileage limit is exceeded, for the economic and middle group segment 5 TL + VAT; for the premium, SUV, 9-Pax, and Luxury groups 8 TL + VAT per km will be charged.

FUEL INFORMATION

New Anadolu company retrieves the vehicles with the same fuel level as they were delivered. The fuel gauge should be checked when receiving the vehicle. The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel. If the vehicle is returned with a lower fuel level than when delivered, a fee is charged for each missing unit of fuel: 200 TL including VAT for economy class vehicles, 250 TL for mid-class vehicles, and 300 TL for luxury and premium class vehicles, plus an additional service fee of 100 TL. The missing fuel amount is calculated based on a full fuel tank being considered as 8 units

EXTRAS - PAYABLE AT PICK-UP

• An additional driver fee of 91 TL per person is charged. For rentals between 15 and 30 days, a fixed fee of 1365 TL applies. A maximum of 2 additional drivers is accepted.

• The daily fee for a baby seat is 150 TL. For rentals of 15 days or more, a fixed fee of 2250 TL applies.

• The BASIC package costs 189 TL per day. It provides an exemption of up to 3,500 TL in cases where an incident report is made or approved as unfeasible by the company.

• The COOL package costs 345 TL per day. It provides an exemption of up to 7,500 TL in cases where an incident report is made or approved as unfeasible by the company.

• The PREMIUM package costs 533 TL per day. It provides an exemption of up to 12,000 TL in cases where an incident report is made or approved as unfeasible by the company. It also covers the full depreciation and repair days of the rental car.

TRAFFIC VİOLATİON

Each traffic violation will be subject to an additional service fee of 100 TL.

For traffic fines, a service fee of 2% + 20% VAT will be applied.

CROSS BORDER TRAVEL

Cross border travel is not usually permitted.

INSURANCE AND COVERAGE

The vehicle you will rent is protected against crashes, theft, and theft attempts. Damages to third parties are also protected within the limits of traffic insurance. There is no damage exemption in the insurance conditions that we apply. However, the costs of damages that are not properly recorded (accident detection report, alcohol report, documents of the parties involved in the accident, etc.) belong exclusively to the user. In the case of undeclared damages, the damage repair process is definitely not carried out with the driver's statement.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited. A fee of 900 TL for vehicle detailing or ozone cleaning will be charged in case of cigarette ash, burns, sand, pet hair, stains on the seats, etc.

Our vehicles are delivered clean to customers and should be returned in the same condition. In case of any contamination, a vehicle cleaning fee of 200 TL may be charged to the customer.

Only individuals listed on the delivery form can operate the rented vehicle. Insurance coverage does not apply to any damage that may occur from the use of the vehicle by individuals not listed in the contract and is the responsibility of the renter.

In the event of an accident, it is mandatory to report the incident to the police without moving the vehicle from its location.

Findeks: The criteria are as follows; If the Findeks criteria for the lessor and additional drivers are positively evaluated, the process continues; otherwise, they cannot rent. The minimum score criteria is 1500, and there should not be multiple delayed payments in the query. The available credit limit should be 75,000 TL.

Regardless of the damage incurred in the event of an accident, a Damage Tracking Fee of 1500 TL + VAT will be charged. Customers exempt from the damage tracking fee are exempt from this amount.

For vehicle deliveries and returns outside office hours, an After-Hours Delivery / After-Hours Return fee is charged.
