DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

DOCUMENTS:

The documents required at Bilen Car Rental offices during vehicle delivery, with at least one being a chip-enabled document, are listed below along with driver’s license restrictions:

• Identity Card

• Driver's License

  • For Economy Class Vehicles: A minimum of 3 years of driving experience is required.

  • For Mid-Range Vehicles: A minimum of 3 years of driving experience is required.

  • For Premium and SUV Vehicles: A minimum of 5 years of driving experience is required.

DRIVER AGE:

Bilen Car Rental applies minimum driver age restrictions based on vehicle segments during vehicle delivery. The minimum age limits are as follows:

• For Economy Segment Vehicles: At least 23 years old

• For Mid-Range Vehicles: At least 23 years old

• For Premium and SUV Vehicles: At least 27 years old

CREDIT CARD:

During vehicle delivery at Bilen Car Rental offices, the driver must have one or two credit cards in their name to cover the deposit amount. The number of credit cards required based on the vehicle type is listed below:

• For Economy and Mid-Range Vehicles: One credit card

• For Premium and SUV Vehicles: Two credit cards

DEPOSIT:

Bilen Car Rental will apply a provisional hold on a certain amount from the credit card(s) registered in the driver’s name during vehicle delivery. These amounts are as follows:

Special Conditions:

If the driver uses a company credit card (commercial card), a letter of approval on letterhead, a stamp with the company’s trade name, and a wet signature are required. The signatory must be a company partner or a board member. The signatory’s signature circular is also required.

Release of the Provision:

Provisions will be lifted after you return the vehicle to Bilen Car Rental representatives, following the calculation of your expenses, and the deposit will be refunded.

KILOMETER LIMIT

Bilen Car Rental provides a detailed table regarding the rental days and applicable kilometer limit. In cases where the kilometer limit is exceeded, a fee of 3 TL per km for Economy and Mid-Range groups and 5 TL per km for Premium, SUV, 9-Pax, and Luxury groups will be charged.

For vehicles with a kilometer limit, if the limit is exceeded, a fee per km will be charged. The km excess fee is specified in the contract you will sign when picking up your vehicle.

FUEL

Bilen Car Rental provides vehicles with a full fuel tank. If you return the vehicle with less fuel than you received, you will be charged for the fuel difference, plus an additional service fee of 120 TL.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• An additional driver fee of 200 TL per person applies. For rentals of 12 days or more, the fixed fee is 2,400 TL. The additional driver service fee for monthly rentals is 2,400 TL. A maximum of 2 additional drivers is allowed.

• Navigation costs 200 TL per day. For rentals of 12 days or more, the fixed fee is 2,400 TL. The navigation fee for monthly rentals is 2,400 TL.

• Baby seats cost 180 TL per day. For rentals of 12 days or more, the fixed fee is 2,160 TL.

CROSS-BORDER POLICY

Vehicles are not allowed to cross national borders.

INSURANCE AND PROTECTIONS

The vehicle you rent is protected against collision, theft, and attempted theft. Damages to third parties are also covered within the limits of the traffic insurance. There is no damage waiver in the insurance terms we apply. However, damages that are not properly documented (accident report, alcohol report, documents of the involved parties, etc.) are solely the responsibility of the user. In case of undocumented damages, no damage repair will be carried out based solely on the driver's statement.

Other rental conditions not mentioned in the above sections will be communicated to you for your signature by Bilen Car Rental officials at the time of vehicle delivery. Please remember to read the document provided to you before taking the vehicle.
